Larry Elliott is a shareholder of Rainer &
Company and currently serves as co-managing
shareholder with Joe Fabrizio.

A 1971 graduate of Drexel University, Larry
joined Rainer & Company in 1978. He is
directly responsible for servicing clients in
construction, manufacturing, real estate,
distribution and computer technology. In
addition, Larry is in charge of the Firm's
governmental division which includes public and
private schools, foundations and various support
agencies.
Joseph T.
Fabrizio, CPA
Joe
Fabrizio is a shareholder of Rainer &
Company and currently serves as co-managing
shareholder with Larry Elliott.

Joe joined the Firm shortly after his 1979
graduation from Villanova University. He is a
member of the accounting and auditing department
of the firm and has been directly responsible
for servicing clients in various industries
including real estate development and
management, construction, manufacturing,
transportation and auto dealerships. He is also
in charge of the forensic and litigation support
department of the firm.
William H.
Donahue, CPA

Bill Donahue joined Rainer & Company in 1982
and became a shareholder of the firm in 1997.

A 1982 graduate of St. Joseph’s University,
Bill has spent his entire professional career
with Rainer & Company. He is a member of the
accounting and auditing department of the firm
and has been directly responsible for servicing
clients in various industries including
trucking, printing, manufacturing,
wholesale/distribution, governmental agencies,
school districts and country clubs.
Joseph J. Farace,

Joe Farace joined Rainer & Company in
1987 and became a shareholder of the firm
in 1999.

A 1987 graduate of Widener University, Joe
heads the Firm's Computer Consulting Department
which specializes in assisting our clients
with computer decisions. Joe is a certified
consultant for various accounting software
packages. Our computer consulting services
include consultation, support, training, and
accounting and information systems evaluations.
Additionally, we provide advice in the areas
of computer hardware and internet access.
Michael A.
DeHaven, CPA

Mike DeHaven joined Rainer & Company in
1994 and became a shareholder of the firm
in 2008.

A 1991 graduate of the University of Dayton,
Mike is a member of the accounting and auditing
department of the firm. He has been directly
responsible for servicing clients in various
industries including construction, transportation,
manufacturing and professional services, as
well as school districts and non-profit organizations.
